Things Not Said: Philip, part 1

After Pentecost and the establishment of the first church (Acts 2), it didn’t take long for conflict to arise in the church (not a big surprise for anyone who has ever been part of a church!).  To resolve the conflict, the disciples choose seven Greek-speaking believers “known to be full of the Spirit and wisdom” (Acts 6:3).  It was a humble position, just manning the food bank…nothing special.
